PENDING CONTRACT AWARD
SUMMARY
Responsible for the oversight of maintenance operations and related functions across multiple lines of maintenance. The duties include, but are not limited to: the oversight of aircraft servicing, maintaining and repair; reporting of aircraft status; oversight of all site maintenance personnel and personnel status and or disposition; recommendation on applicants for hire and promotion; liaison between maintenance and intercompany departments and company management; technical and logistical support for site issues; technical support for aircraft.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development, implementation and supervision of standard operating procedures for maintenance functionsAddress any areas of concern or non-compliance as requested by the Program ManagerAssist in the research and development of the requirements for program, as well as the deployment of parts, tooling, personnel, support equipment, and aircraftAct as liaison with Program Management personnel relating to all maintenance/technical issues that ariseWork with other departmental managers to assist in the selection and training efforts to recruit and train personnelResponsible for coordinating efforts with Planning personnel and Site Maintenance Management to schedule, and plan for maintenance events so as to minimize aircraft downtime and mitigate training time lossResponsible for coordinating efforts with Logistics personnel to insure that materials, parts and tooling are on site, and available, for the timely accomplishment of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance eventsMust effectively interact with Company and customer representatives as well as with representatives of on-site business or military entitiesAll other duties as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.In order to obtain a secret clearance, qualified candidates must have US Citizenship.Ability to pass physical screening requirementsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of ten (10) years in a maintenance management or oversight roleAssociates degree or related professional development experienceWork Conditions
Position is located OCONUS and in an austere environment; work is being performed on the flight line, limited hangar or aviation field environment.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift and parts, tooling and other awkward items sometimes weighing greater than 50 lbs, including up and down stairs.Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending throughout the workday.Must be able to see and hear, or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to assure that the requirements of this position can be fully met.Compensation and Benefits:
