Sr. SRE

18 month+ contract

Location: Hybrid, Los Angeles

Required Education: BS in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years

Basic Qualifications

Smart, self-driven with a keen focus on and track record of exceptional delivery of innovative solutionsStrong knowledge in system management languages (e.g. Chef, Terraform, Ansible)Multiple scripting languages in your toolbox (e.g. Python, GO, PERL, or Swift)Emerging containerization (e.g. Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes, OpenShift)Skilled in Cloud/PaaS Environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Compute)Thorough knowledge of continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo)UNIX/Linux administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, & securityPassionate about ways to exploit technology and constantly learningExceptional analytical and problem solving skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsEmbodies a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering culture with continuous delivery, cloud, and fully automated infrastructure as codeBS in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience or equivalent

Most important Technical skills to have:

-Cloud environment experience

-Environment: Linux, Kubernetes, and Terraform

-Scripting-multiple languages

- Workers can be remote, however, try to make sure they are on PST Timezone. Try local first.
