Unity Lab Services provides a single source for integrated lab service, support and supply management. Our customized service offerings and world-class service experts have the flexibility and experience to uniquely address our customer’s laboratory's business needs.

How will you make an impact?

The position is focused primarily on scientific support services within Unity Lab Services core offerings of: order entry, order management, operating customer procurement systems, stockroom services, material handling, shipping/receiving, chemical tracking, and glass wash operations.

Responsibilities:

Order entry/order management, operating customer procurement systems, stockroom services, shipping/receiving, chemical tracking, glass washing, desk top delivery, dry ice services, and others as requiredAssist in updating SOP’s and Work InstructionsSubject Matter Expert in Best Practices for the portfolio of services such as Order Management, Inventory Management, Glass Wash, and Customer Owned Inventory.Acquire and maintain all vital certifications to support site operationsIATA and DOT certifications (employer can provide)Handle all site operations and duties for efficient outcomes to maintain highest standards of excellenceOperate across a wide variety of services including training and assessment responsibilities with a high level of success.High light RED Flags affecting site operations for corrective actionPromote personal growth and development by staying abreast of new policies, procedures and system enhancements without the presence of site trainer and management team.Maintain proficiency of all e-learning tools and online training as requiredListen to customer concerns, effectively diffuse dissatisfaction, and quickly identify course of action with first call resolution within established turnaround timesParticipate in projects and perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma: BA/BS preferred

Experience:

1+ years of progressive proven experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Ability to establish and foster positive customer relationshipsProficient verbal and written communication skillsProactive approach to problem solvingAbility to self-manage and operate independently.Display high level of confidentialityDemonstrate sense of urgencyDemonstrate a high level of accountability for site coverage duties.Proficient in Microsoft office suiteStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
