We’re seeking a skilled Sr. Software Developer to join our team and play a critical role in upgrading to the Maximo Application Suite (MAS). This hands-on position requires expertise in Maximo configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and configure Maximo systems, including application and database configuration, automation scripting, and security settings. Implement and maintain MIF (Maximo Integration Framework) interfaces using JSON/SOAP XML and REST APIs. Lead system upgrades, resolve technical issues, and oversee workflows, escalations, and migration management. Configure Maximo mobile or 3rd-party mobile applications. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
6+ years of experience providing technical support for Maximo (version 7.6.1.3 or later). Hands-on expertise in Maximo configurations, including workflows, security groups, and automation scripts. Strong understanding of relational databases and the Maximo data model. Proficiency in programming languages like Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, Jython, Java, and working with REST APIs. Positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and ability to work effectively with teams.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with IBM Maximo EAM technology. Southern California residency (preferred).
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $62–$70 per hour, based on experience. #D800
