We are looking for an experienced Sr. Software Engineer passionate about leading development of scalable and maintainable software. As technical leader, you will collaborate with Product Manager, Software Development Managers, and Amazon Advertising teams on setting technical vision, design, implementation, delivery, and operations of various features within Rewarded Ads. This is a great opportunity to influence direction of technology development, engineering culture, and day to day practices. As Sr. Engineer, you'll guide and mentor the development team in so-called best software development practices and Amazon's day one culture, raising the bar for innovation, creativity, quality, and customer obsession.

Rewarded Ads is a quickly evolving product build on top of modern tech stack. We have high potential to identify opportunities for new ad products, experiment, incubate and scale the most successful ideas. Our products change the way advertisers interact with Amazon Advertising.
