Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our team, focusing on customer solutions while using your technical skills and passion for customer experience, product engineering, and data/systems analysis. You will be responsible for building and maintaining tools, monitoring production systems, automating processes, creating customer-requested features and addressing customer-reported issues. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain tools to enhance operational efficiency across Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Engineering departments. • Proactively monitor production systems to identify potential issues in advance. • Provide actionable insights through comprehensive data analysis to support decision-making processes. • Address and resolve issues reported by customers efficiently. • Construct smaller customer-requested features to enhance user experience. • Support the Customer Success and Engineering teams in overcoming challenges. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, continuously learning and adapting. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is essential. • Must be well-versed in Backend Development techniques. • Ability to design and implement Business Logic as per the project's requirements. • Experience in Client Side Scripting is necessary. • Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies and their applications. • Experience with AB Testing methods and techniques. • Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology is required. • Proficiency in Ajax programming is a must. • Expertise in API Development is required. • Experience with ASP.NET is necessary.
