Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience in React JS and Java to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model contributing to the development of innovative software solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive projects to success and make a significant impact on our companys goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React JS and JavaCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new featuresEnsure the performance quality and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugsHelp maintain code quality organization and automationParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitiveContribute to the continuous improvement of the development processProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developersWork closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specificationsEnsure all development work follows best practices and coding standardsParticipate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning retrospectives and daily stand-upsCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in React JS and Java with at least 8 years of hands-on experienceDemonstrate proficiency in building scalable and maintainable software solutionsExhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailShow ability to work effectively in a hybrid work modelHave strong communication and collaboration skillsDisplay a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologiesHold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related fieldExperience with agile development methodologies is a plusFamiliarity with version control systems like Git is desirableKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks is beneficialUnderstanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plusExperience with containerization technologies like Docker is nice to have
