Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 14 years of experience in .NET .NET memory management and WPF. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the development and enhancement of our software solutions. This role does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies.Implement and optimize .NET memory management to ensure efficient application performance.Design and develop user interfaces using WPF to create intuitive and responsive applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning design development testing and deployment.Ensure that all software solutions are secure scalable and maintainable.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our software solutions.Contribute to the documentation of software designs specifications and user manuals.Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of software releases.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in .NET development and memory management.Demonstrate proficiency in WPF for designing and developing user interfaces.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Have a solid understanding of software development best practices and coding standards.Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they become problems.Certifications Required
