We're seeking a Senior Engineer to lead development and enhancement of our enterprise marketing technology platforms, focusing on campaign setup and fulfillment across banking products.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Architect and develop scalable campaign management platforms supporting multiple banking products (deposits, credit cards, mortgages, loans)
+ Design and implement automated campaign workflow systems for targeting, content personalization, and multi-channel delivery
+ Build real-time analytics dashboards and reporting systems to track campaign performance and customer engagement
+ Develop APIs and microservices for seamless integration with CRM, content management, and analytics platforms
+ Lead technical design and implementation of A/B testing and optimization frameworks
+ Ensure platform security, compliance, and scalability while handling sensitive financial data
+ Collaborate with marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Required Qualifications
+ 7+ years of experience building enterprise marketing technology platforms
+ Strong expertise in modern tech stack: Node.js/Python, React/Angular, GraphQL
+ Experience with marketing automation platforms (Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
+ Deep knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture
+ Proficiency with real-time data processing (Kafka, Redis) and analytics databases
+ Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containers, and infrastructure as code
+ Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in financial services
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills
+ Experience with CDP platforms and customer journey orchestration
+ Knowledge of ML/AI applications in marketing automation
+ Familiarity with tag management systems and web analytics
+ Experience with financial services marketing compliance requirements
Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week)
