We're seeking a Senior Engineer to lead development and enhancement of our enterprise marketing technology platforms, focusing on campaign setup and fulfillment across banking products.

Primary Responsibilities

Architect and develop scalable campaign management platforms supporting multiple banking products (deposits, credit cards, mortgages, loans)Design and implement automated campaign workflow systems for targeting, content personalization, and multi-channel deliveryBuild real-time analytics dashboards and reporting systems to track campaign performance and customer engagementDevelop APIs and microservices for seamless integration with CRM, content management, and analytics platformsLead technical design and implementation of A/B testing and optimization frameworksEnsure platform security, compliance, and scalability while handling sensitive financial dataCollaborate with marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience building enterprise marketing technology platformsStrong expertise in modern tech stack: Node.js/Python, React/Angular, GraphQLExperience with marketing automation platforms (Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)Deep knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architectureProficiency with real-time data processing (Kafka, Redis) and analytics databasesExperience with CI/CD pipelines, containers, and infrastructure as codeUnderstanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in financial servicesBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills

Experience with CDP platforms and customer journey orchestrationKnowledge of ML/AI applications in marketing automationFamiliarity with tag management systems and web analyticsExperience with financial services marketing compliance requirements
