Sr. Software Engineer (SCM)

NVR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Software Developer to work on-site at our Frederick, Maryland office.

We are seeking a skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Software Developer to join our collaborative team in Frederick, Maryland. In this role, you will play a critical part in modernizing our manufacturing systems and processes by developing, customizing, and enhancing Dynamics 365 solutions to meet our business needs. This position requires expertise in X++ development, Dynamics 365 integration techniques, and an understanding of manufacturing supply chain processes. Primary Responsibilities

Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions using X++ and other Microsoft technologies. Extend and enhance Dynamics 365 SCM modules, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, transportation management, sales, and production control. Implement integrations with external systems via APIs and Azure Integration services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Data Factory. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work closely with functional consultants to align technical deliverables with business objectives. Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and deployment planning.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience developing and customizing Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management / Finance & Operations solutions. Expertise in customizing Dynamics 365 with the X++ programming language. Experience integrating D365 SCM with third-party systems via REST APIs, Azure services, or other middleware. Experience in Visual Studio and Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and work item tracking. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders. Understanding of supply chain processes and modules within Dynamics 365.
