Mandatory Skills
Proficient in Design Patterns and architectural best practices.
Extensive hands-on experience in designing Enterprise Level Systems with a focus on UI.
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and modern frameworks.
Proven experience in establishing Coding Guidelines and application optimization techniques.
Expertise in frameworks such as Next.js, HTML, CSS, React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript.
Experience with Deployment/Release Management using Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), Node.js, REST/SOAP APIs, and databases (DB2/Oracle/SQL).
Understanding of UX. Browser Dependencies & Responsive Design
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with E-commerce platforms.
Proficient in version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Lambda Test etc
Experience with API documentation tools like OpenAPI and Swagger.
Exposure to other UI frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js.
Communication Skills
Exceptional customer relationship management skills, capable of uncovering underlying requirements and recommending alternative approaches.
Ability to work collaboratively or lead cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to drive consensus within teams and influence significant technical decisions.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with various business groups and IT partners.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in system development while understanding customer needs.
Quick mastery of existing and new technologies for rapid prototyping.

Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changes.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8–10 years of experience in UI development with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, TypeScript.
Significant experience in application development, testing, implementation, and documentation of web-based applications using Java.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSP, web services, CI/CD processes, Jenkins for deployment configurations.
Experience with Cloud technologies (e.g., OpenShift) is preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge in Agile software development methodologies.
