The Sr. Solutions Architect – Services Presales plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, shaping our service offerings, and collaborating with clients to design tailored solutions. This role requires deepexpertiseinMicrosoft Azure, coupled with strong client-facing and presales skills.
This individual willbe responsible foridentifyingopportunities, crafting service solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
This position is a remote position with Home Office setup asdeterminedby SHI management.

**Responsibilities**
_include, but not limited to:_
+ Design, develop, and position services-focused solutions forpublicand hybrid cloud.(primarily Microsoft Azure)
+ Collaborate with sales teams toidentifyclient challenges and align services to meet their needs
+ Lead workshops and discovery sessions to understand clientobjectives, assess environments, and recommend service solutions
+ Develop service offerings that encompass implementation, migration, optimization, field, and managed services
+ Lead the development of SOWs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives
+ Create compelling presentations and supporting materials that articulate the value of SHIs service solutions
+ Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to refine and enhance service positioning
+ Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on moderncloudstrategies and service adoption
+ Collaborate with internal delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of services
+ Drive revenue growth within the professional services team byidentifyingnew opportunities andoptimizingservice offerings
+ Engage with SHI sales teams, including front line sellers and client success managers, to ensure a unified approach to service delivery and client engagement
+ Contribute to practice development byidentifyingareas for growth and leading innovation initiatives
+ Create andmaintainpractice standards and practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
+ Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuringhigh levelsof satisfaction and retention
+ Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients and SHI teams on best practices, trends, and innovations in technology
**Qualifications**
+ Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field
+ Minimum 10 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility
+ Minimum 10years experiencedesigning,implementingand integrating technology solutions
+ Minimum 10years experienceworking with and migrating technology solutions
+ Minimum5years of experience withMicrosoft Azure
**Required Skills**
+ Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on service delivery and revenue growth in Professional Services
+ Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
+ Excellentcommunicationand presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azuresuch as configuration,architecting, migration planning, and execution.
+ Experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible or Jenkins
+ Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes, Tanzu, Rancher, Nomad, AKS
+ Experience working within Agile DevOps frameworks
+ Ability to analyze client requirements and design solutions that meet their businessobjectivesand budget constraints
+ Experience designing and positioning service solutions, including professional services, managed services, and operational support
+ Proficiencyin developing proposals and responding to RFPs/RFIs
+ Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative and client-focused approach
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
**Certifications Required**
_If one of the mandatory certifications is not currently held the successful candidate will_ _be required_ _to obtain at least one within_ _90 days_ _of_ _commencing_ _the role:_
+ Azure Solutions Architect - Expert
Preferred
+ Additionalcloudtechnology Certifications relevant to the technology domains described above
**Unique Requirements**
+ Travel to internal meetings as needed, up to 10%
**Additional Information**
+ The estimated annual pay range for this position is $160,000 - $220,000 which includes a base salary and bonuses.. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
