We are seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect – Services Presales to lead the design and development of enterprise networking focused service solutions for our clients.  This role requires deep expertise in networking technologies, strong consultative skills, and the ability to craft high-value, scalable, and repeatable service offerings.  The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, sales teams, and delivery teams to define, position, and develop solutions that address complex enterprise networking challenges

This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Presales EngagementCollaborate with sales teams and clients to understand client requirements, goals, and pain pointsSupport pre-sales engagements working with account teams to lead discovery sessions, technical workshops, and assessments to evaluate current environments and identify opportunities for modernizationLead the development of SOWs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectivesFunction as a trusted advisor for clients, building strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makersSolution DevelopmentCreate comprehensive technical proposals, including solution architecture, implementation roadmaps, and cost estimatesDesign scalable, software defined networking (SDN) and hybrid/multi-cloud network solutionsProvide expertise in enterprise networking technologies including SD-WAN, SASE, network automation, cloud networking, and security architecturesDrive revenue growth within the professional services team by identifying new opportunities and optimizing service offeringsCollaboration and Knowledge SharingPartner with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure consistent solution development and smooth handoff of signed projectsEngage with SHI sales teams, including front line sellers and customer success managers, to ensure a unified approach to service delivery and client engagementWork with product and marketing teams to stay informed about the latest features and updates in the enterprise networking space.Mentor, enable, and support sales teams in understanding and articulating the value of SHIs enterprise networking servicesProvide thought leadership and guidance to clients and SHI teams on best practices, trends, and innovations in technologyContribute to practice development by identifying areas for growth and leading innovation initiativesCreate and maintain practice standards and practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services Qualifications Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of technical experience with increasing responsibilityMinimum 10 years’ experience designing implementing and integrating technology solutionsMinimum 10 years’ experience working with and migrating technology solutionsMinimum 10 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment Required Skills Expertise in routing, switching, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud networking, (AWS, Azure, GCP), and network securityProficiency with network automation tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, APIsProven experience in a similar role, with a focus on services solution development and revenue growth in Professional ServicesStrong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExcellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value of SHIs solutions to engage stakeholders at all levelsAbility to analyze client requirements and design solutions that meet their business objectives and budget constraints with a consultative approach.Experience in developing SOWs and driving revenue growth in professional services.Proficiency in creating technical documentation, proposals, and architecture diagrams. Certifications Required CCIE, JNCIE, AWS/Azure Networking - Preferred Unique Requirements Travel to internal meetings as needed, up to 10% Additional Information The estimated annual pay range for this position is $160,000 - $220,000 which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
