Position Purpose:
The Senior Specialist Category Marketing will manage media strategy & campaign deployment project management for a department-aligned set of Home Depot vendors to drive a best-in-class Retail Media+ supplier experience. This individual should leverage their marketing expertise to develop omni-channel engagement opportunities for multiple vendors within a specific department. This individual will partner with internal stakeholders to understand departmental strategies, built cohesive & innovative campaign plans for omni-channel marketing deployments, and triage execution with internal paid media teams. Key Responsibilities:
30% Campaign Support - Triage execution of campaigns with Paid Media team; Ensure detailed documentation provided for planned campaigns, and support QC of campaign assets; Ensure campaigns launched in alignment with plans, and that relevant vendor partners are appropriately highlighted per their Retail Media+ and Incremental/Co-Op spend commitments15% Collaboration - Collaborate with Retail Media+ Paid Media Analysts to ensure reporting provided to relevant vendors as needed; Refine future campaign plans based on completed campaign results50% Media Plans - Develop integrated media plans for pooled vendor campaigns with input from cross-functional partners; Itemize engagement opportunities across paid, owned, and earned channels; Ensure strategic adjustments reflected in finalized campaign plans; Ensure media proposals align with overall departmental strategy; Develop documentations of available campaign inventory to enable Partner Management sales processes5% Projects - Work on special projects as directed

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
