Job Requirements:
As a Proposal Analyst, you will join the Pricing Team at the L3Harris Greenville, TX location. In this role, you will be responsible for pricing various efforts for both Government and Commercial customers. This role encompasses all aspects of pricing, including pricing proposal inputs utilizing pricing software, creating of both cost and price volumes, supporting internal reviews, ensuring compliance to both company policies and Government requirements, and participating in customer proposal audits.
Essential Functions:
The Proposal Analyst is responsible for responding to all assigned requests for proposal (RFP’s)Reviews and analyzes RFP’s to develop compliant proposals, pricing data, and supports both internal and external reviewsCapacity to perform well in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlinesEnsures the use of current published pricing rates, estimating factors and cost buildup algorithms.Ability to work collaboratively with peers, management, proposal teams and customerEnsure data integrity and accuracy and support maintaining a DFARS adequate estimating systemEnsures final submissions are compliant with respect to company policies, customer requests, and U. S. Government regulations when applicableMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience4 years experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as it relates to pricing activities4 years experience with defense industry and/or multiple contract types (CPFF, CPIF, FPIF, FFP, T&M, OTA etc.) either in execution or in the proposal phase4 years experience in cost estimating, cost analysis, and/or proposal pricing4 years of experience with Excel using Pivot Tables, V-Lookups and SUM/IF formulasUS CitizenshipPreferred Skills (beyond required):
