Position Overview
The Retail Operations GTM Specialist is responsible for the operational support of a 400+ field sales team. This role is responsible for multiple concurrent product launches, focused on increasing the efficiency/effectiveness of sales enablement items, training retention and sell out. This includes providing accurate and timely data and insights to the leadership team. The Retail Operations GTM specialist will possess a combination of creative sales initiatives to drive sales and analytical skills with a history of successfully using data to inform the decision-making process including identifying areas for improvement. In addition, excellent soft skills with verbal and written communication skills that connect with a variety of audiences and gain buy-in from stakeholders.

Responsible to deliver retail strategy through customer engagement events, brand awareness, swag, training support materials in kits that help to drive product training and sell outProject Manage all GTM programs for a field sales team of 400+ from end-to-end scope through execution resultsWork directly with third-party vendors, providing direction and feedback to ensure successful project completionTrack and manage all funding for each project to ensure each project stays on budget and is executed on time for delivery to the fieldCreate/update all standard operating procedures for GTM programs from launch through executionDevelop ways to creatively track and validate the utilization of GTM programs to determine ROI and training information retentionSupport the field with event planning initiatives which may leverage multiple vendors for executionCollaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal teams including field sales team, finance, training, supply chain, merchandising, and channel operationsResponsible for the Samsung branded merchandise store with net revenue of $60k yearly. This includes responsibility from end to end of the inventory processes and audits, the sales process for employee purchases and the overall financial rigor needed to maintain the store, shrink and replenishment while maintaining the contractual obligations with the vendorSupport National Training Meetings (NTM) and National Retail Meetings (NRM) - logistics, brand creative approval, coordinate meeting space and invites, vendor management, people movement and overall look and feelDraft written communication for the field team that provides the field sales teams with process direction, updates on shipments, performance updates and results of current in market running programs.Coordinate meetings for cross functional work with multiple teams to gain alignment and feedback on each new programCreate surveys that solicits feedback from the field teams gathering information and feedback necessary to execute effective programsDevelop polished graphic story-telling presentations that communicate information and performance resultsProvide executive level updates weekly of all programs in a way that showcases the program results and track event readinessDefine and track KPIs and dashboards, that include engagement and efficiency metricsDrive a collaborative environment by acting as a subject matter expert on assigned areasManage any additional operational tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years in sales, retail marketing, or retail operationsMobile industry or consumer electronics retail experience is strongly preferredExperience working with and managing third-party vendors strongly preferredExperience working with or supporting sales or GTM organizationsProficiency required in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Willing to able to travel nationally. Travel about 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business management recommendedDemonstrated ability to create, revise and standardize processesDemonstrated experience working with third party accounts and corporate leadership teams
