PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:
· Manage and oversee adidas social media accounts to connect with consumers through owned and aKorea partners’ & influencers’ channels/accounts.
· Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and conversations at scale, while linking consumers, especially Gen Z. to adidas ecosystems, adidas.com, and the adidas app, adidas Confirmed app.
· Support the brand / digital and product calendar by aligning with key local and regional cultural and sports events throughout the year.
· Track, analyze, and report social media performance to guide and educate internal stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Influence and implement publishing strategies across social media platforms, aligned with global / local brand and digital calendars, and additional initiatives.
· Plan and execute content rollouts that support global and Korea brand initiatives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
· Provide relevant social media outlets and rollout for global / local with clear messaging and exciting tools (e.g. photography, campaign toolkits, content - interviews and briefing documents).
· Brief the social agencies for localized content and ensure the maximum impact for all social rollout.
· Provide ‘Partner Publishing Guide’ for key campaigns based on local targeted partners based on glocalized strategy.
· Achieve shared Kpi’s within specified targets, timelines, and budgets.
· Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize social media strategies, leveraging available tools and platforms to transform insights into actionable steps.
· Optimize work and plans based on results and insights via steering and tracking the implementation and results of social activations and tools/contents.
· Stay up-to-date with social media trends and shifts in consumer behavior, feeding insights back into social media strategies and publishing output.
· Work closely with Brand Marketing function (Brand comm, SPoMa, CM) and BU teams to deliver results-oriented strategies and programs that increase consumer and trade awareness of adidas brand messaging, campaigns, products, technologies, innovations and events.
· Collaborate with the global social media, Newsroom, PR team to maximize content distribution and meaningful Kpis.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Broad understanding of and passion for the sports and fashion/entertainment industry.
· Strong knowledge of social media platforms and community management (esp. Instagram)
· Solid understanding of consumer messaging and brand reputation.
· Strong Interpersonal/communication skills and high level of strategic thinking.
· Affinity with cross-channel PR & Social and a strong background in strategy, media relations, journalism / writing and digital PR / social media.
· Strong written and verbal, presentation and organizational skills
· Experience in marketing campaign development and execution.
· Ability to manage and / or collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups: product, communications, digital and retail.
· High degree of self-management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Balance of soft and hard skills, with a focus on being action-oriented and solution-driven.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Social or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in social media management industry and / or relevant work experience.
· Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
· Proven experience with social media management platforms like Khoros
· Fluent in English both spoken and written.
· Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
