Successful candidates perform complex professional software engineering assignments requiring expertise covering a range of the GPS domain within a team environment. Essential Functions: • Hands on embedded C development, including integrating and debugging on target hardware• Embedded software design, development, and test• Experience with GPS Cryptography and information Assurance • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development methodology• Platform experience using Linux/Windows, C and GCC• Up to 10% travel within the US • Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.• 3+ years of Requirement Analysis experience.• 6+ years of experience with C• 4+ years of experience with design and implementation of deeply embedded software.• Must have an active Secret security clearance Preferred Additional Skills: • Experience in GPS receiver development and cryptography• Familiar with Defense industry typical documentation and milestone reviews In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $109,500 - $203,500.
