DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES / 主 要 职 责

Establishes the external Talent sourcing strategy with a medium to long term view.Establishes a rich external talent pool, directly linked to key roles/critical skills in AZ China and ensuring a successful conversion of talent pool candidates into hires.Build a validated managed pipeline of external candidates and actively promotes and shares with the talent acquisition teams to reduce costs and time to hire.Works closely with key stakeholders (business managers) and internal partners i.e. Global Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Business Partners to understand the key roles, critical skills and the current population to assess risk areas where the talent pipeline would need expanding.Creates internal and external networks to establish [business critical areas] talent pipelines for ongoing engagementEnsures engaged talent is shared and visible across all relevant business units and geographies.  Builds knowledge of talent presence (i.e talent heat maps) to determine best approach to engage talent.Attends relevant global external meetings/conferences to assess talent and build networksBe an active part of the broader global Talent Scouts Community, which will include working to support each other on various initiatives and campaigns across the globe.

Job requirements /工 作 要 求 

Previous experience of working as an internal talent scout or as a head-hunter/senior Researcher/ConsultantProven Therapy Area experience gained in an equivalent Pharma/Biotech business or extensive supplier side pharma/biotech workAble to build best quality ready now executive talent pipelines reducing time to fill metrics and dependency on external executive search services.Demonstrate a track record of successfully streamlining past talent scouting processes.Possess good cultural awareness to interact with internal stakeholders, international talents and teammates.Can display a pro-active, tenacious and innovative approach to find right talents by demonstrating an expertise in sourcing and screening of high-caliber talents.
