Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Maximize KPIs performance of the Top accounts through:
• An optimum sell in planning based on historical sell out data • A perfect product distribution per store
• Generate relevant insights in order to take on-season decisions
Key Responsibilities
• Provide the Key Account Management team with reliable sell out and market data in
order to support business decisions
• Assure a correct planning of the presale and product distribution to guarantee a
correct assortment for each Point of Sale in order to maximize sell out performance
• Provide our top accounts with sell out analysis that allows a better decision-making
process and sustainable growth with our brands
• Guarantee, in alignment with the key account and trade marketing management,
optimum monitoring and performance of brands managed spaces within our top
accounts
• Plan and execute the necessary projects to achieve the objectives of the adidas
strategy in the key accounts
• To measure performance on own predefined KPIs:
• Sell out & Sell In
• Market Share
• To monitor and report on customers KPIs
• Sell out per sqm
• Stock, Months of Stock, Stock Turnover
• End Margin
• ROI
• Creation of products for new seasons. Cost and price maintenance
• Breakdown purchase orders into groups: brand campaigns, winners, carry overs,
exclusivities, etc per door to achieve monthly NSI plan
• Suggest stock sharing or mark downs when products don't meet expected KPIs
• Source winning articles when outstanding units in OB of accounts is zero
• Identify delayed articles during in-season and requiere shipment priorization
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
• Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained.
• Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and
practices Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc.
Requisite Education / Experience & Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in related field as Commercial, Business
Administration, Engineering or similar.
• 1 or 2 years of professional experience in similar function or position as Sales
Planning, Business Planning, Demand Planning or similar.
• Ideal to have experience in Retail or Consumer Goods Industry.
• Strong communication & relationship management skills to work in a collaborative
way with Internal Stakeholders as Marketing, Fulfillment Teams and Key Account
Partners.
• Strong numerical analysis skills and KPI's management to deliver periodic reports
and recommend sales strategies and plans.
• Advanced Excel Skills. (power BI is +)
• Ability and interest in finding solutions, being resolutive and make proactive
decisions.
• Future career aspirations for sales roles and functions.
• Intermediate English Intermediate.
