This Sr. Specialist of Field Enablement and Transformation is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing solutions to support new business concepts and initiatives that enable and drive productivity in Bath and Body Work's stores organization.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2-4 years of professional working experience, with preference in project management or business Demonstrates adaptability; is a skilled change agent and navigates ambiguity with composure and focus Excellent organization, written/verbal communication, and decision-making skills Experience with sharing a point of view and working effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to analyze situations and resolve issues with speed Ability to multi-task, work independently and deliver under tight timelines Demonstrates situational leadership Proficient in Microsoft office suite include Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint Ability to travel <10%Core Competencies
