What You'll Do
Create and implement a robust media and events plan in tandem with the Marketing teamPartner and collaborate with media houses, chambers of commerce and industry associations to garner the visibility for BCG.Develop and nurture relationships with the media to implement respective PAs’ communication and event requirements.Interact with PA nodes and Managing Director and Partners (MDPs) to understand their annual marketing plans and deliver accordingly.Effectively liaison with PR agencies, ensuring the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and analyze the monthly media dataManage events from concept to execution, including hosting roundtable discussions and creating intellectual property for BCG.Communicate with internal teams and event agencies to ensure events are implemented on time and within budget.What You'll Bring
5-7 years of relevant work experienceDeep understanding of print, digital, new age and trade media landscape.Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, with the ability to analyze large datasets and distill actionable insights.Highly organized, with a structured approach to daily work activities.Excellent oral and written English communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to drive day-to-day functions.Skilled at independently collaborating with BCG partners on a variety of ad hoc projectsWho You'll Work With
The individual will be part of the Marketing & Communication team and will report to the India Marketing Director.
As a Media & Events Senior Specialist, they will partner with the Marketing team and our agency partners to develop a robust media strategy, including creating and implementing a media plan for BCG Practice Areas (PAs).
This entails building relationships with top editors across the country, positioning senior leaders as thought leaders in tier-one media publications, and researching and conceptualizing trending topics for senior leaders to write articles on.
