Sr. Specialist - Talent Acquisition
**Required Education/Experience** + Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of work experience for the Sr. Specialist position. or + Associate's Degree and 7 years of work experience for the Sr. Specialist position or + High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of work experience for the Sr. Specialist position. **Relevant Work Experience** + Excellent organizational skills. Required + Strong interpersonal skills. Required + Ability to exercise independent judgement in managing all aspects of the process. Required + Agile learner with ability to quickly become proficient in performing the functions associated with the recruitment systems. Required + Project management experience in driving the stakeholders to achieve the key objectives of the action plan with tight deadlines. Required + Strong recruitment experience. Required + At least three years of work experience, preferably in areas such as Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or Recruitment working in a fast paced environment. Preferred + Experience in the application of recruiting and sourcing techniques, federal selection guidelines, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices a plus. Preferred **Skills And Abilities** + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Excellent collaboration and team building skills + Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion + Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc. + Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making skills + Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment **Licenses And Certfications** + Driver's License Required + Other: SHRM and/or Recruitment Certification Preferred **Additional Physical Demands** + Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers. + Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed. + Must be able to participate in the Companys emergency management processes and storm plans as required.
