Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join one of its largest partners in the revenue management industry. This individual will be responsible for being the expert in scripting, supporting and debugging issues, and tracing alongside another SRE that sits offshore. Handling production issues during normal shift schedule and providing support as needed after hours is essential to success in this role, and the responsibility for handling the after hour incidents will rotate on a quarterly basis. In this role, the SRE will support infrastructure in a cloud environment, support and debug issues, provide automation expertise, and show proficiency with the transformation of Ops/Devops model to an SRE model.
