About the role
Within Netskope Engineering, the SPM team is responsible for building cloud-scale SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) that gives enterprises visibility of the compliance and security posture for their SaaS instances.
The role would involve building, deploying and maintaining the Connectors to SaaS platforms like M365, Snowflake etc, and understand the security configurations across these apps.
Required skills and experience
10+ years of experience in software development. Proficient in Python. Golang. Experience in using SaaS API in production-quality code.(rate limiting, pagination, handling http status codes). Experience in building connectors to SaaS Apps - like Microsoft, Salesforce and understanding of authentication, Authorization mechanisms. Strong emphasis on code quality - writing unit tests, functional tests and component tests. Knowledge on distributed systems, task queues, celery. Experience with Queues - Kafka, PubSub. Understanding of containers and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker). Ability to lead a technical team on architecture, design, and reviews.Additional Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication. High on customer empathy. Ability to handle customer escalations independently and swiftly. Ability to work in a geo-distributed cross-functional group.Expectations
