Sr. Strategic Analyst

K. Hovnanian is celebrating 60 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry.  Do you want to play a large role in those every day decisions that help build dream homes?  It’s the homes where people will raise their child, form their most important memories, plot the course for their future, spend quality time with their grandchildren or enjoy quiet times reflecting on a life full of accomplishments.  Over 300,000 families have put their dreams in our hands, and you can as well.

The Sr. Strategic Analyst role requires the development of a collaborative and consultative innovation cycle--recognizing patterns, defining opportunities, and creating iterative solutions to move us forward.  The spectrum of work is only confined by the imagination of our team, and we should find our greatest frustration in prioritization of our ideas.  You will be equal parts project manager, consultant, and entrepreneur, with the ever-present mission of making beautiful homes affordable to customers at all price points. The Senior Analyst Role will have lighter oversight from Director vs Analyst Role.  The Senior Analyst Role will be required to give guidance to other analysts in the Corporate Innovation Team - leveraging their additional experience.  A key part of the Senior Analyst Role will be contributing to the culture of the Corporate Innovation Team.

•  Experience supporting cross-functional teams using project management best practices, emotional intelligence, leading with influence, and radical candor
•  Ability to synthesize disparate data and information into a clear and coherent story that can be presented to stakeholders and senior leaders clearly and concisely
