Sr. Supply Chain Leader (Beaverton)

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Supply Chain Leader to manage and optimize materials fulfillment across multiple manufacturing sites. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of materials across multiple manufacturing sites, supporting our commitment to innovation and excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of materials management within a high-tech environment, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

As the Sr. Supply Chain Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, planning, storage, and distribution of materials necessary for production across multiple factories. You will develop and implement robust inventory management systems, coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and manage logistics operations to optimize material flow. Your role will involve leading a team of materials management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

In this position, you will leverage technology and data analytics to enhance visibility and decision-making processes, identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure the resilience and continuity of materials fulfillment operations. Key Responsibilities:

Materials Management: Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of production needs across multiple factories. Operational Planning/Forecasting: Oversee the creation and execution of detailed operational plans, including production schedules, inventory management, and resource allocation. Ensure that all planning activities are coordinated across departments to optimize efficiency and productivity Inventory Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels. Supplier Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of quality materials. Logistics Oversight: Manage logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing, to ensure smooth and cost-effective material flow. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of materials management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track materials fulfillment performance and identify areas for improvement. Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or efficiency. Risk Management: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure materials fulfillment resilience and continuity. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. Technology Integration: Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance materials fulfillment visibility and decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Multi-Site Management: Proven experience managing materials fulfillment operations across multiple manufacturing sites. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in materials management software and tools. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills for managing supplier relationships and contracts. Project Management: Experience in project management and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 89,200.00 - 165,600.00
