Amazon Web Services is looking for a Supply Chain Product Manager to help build a scalable, predictive, and prescriptive supply chain risk management for our AIS Power and Cooling organization. You will be part of the AIS Power and Cooling Program Management team working with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Construction and other partner teams to achieve our goals. This role requires an individual with excellent knowledge of engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing in a fast paced ever changing environment. You will be responsible integrating across teams to maintain continuity of supply while minimizing supply chain risks. Data-driven decision-making is at the core of Amazon’s culture. You will own building solutions and administering supply chain risk management that enable senior leaders to make critical business decisions. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field • 7+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, infrastructure or data center construction industries • 7+ years of experience in program, project, or product management • 3+ years of expertise with data, analytics, and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc. Preferred Qualifications • MBA or advanced degree in engineering or other quantitative disciplines • Advanced experience in program, project, or product management • Advanced experience in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or quality • Strong business and financial acumen • Program management with integrated scheduling and milestone tracking • Ability to influence cross functionally across engineering, deployment, supply chain, and other internal or external partners • Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with a bias for action • High degree of business ethics and accountability • Strong communications (verbal and written) skills • Ability to thrive in a startup-like environment Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
