Description + Manage and maintain Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, user provisioning, MFA, SSO, and security policies. + Administer Active Directory, including Group Policies, domain controllers, and hybrid identity solutions. + Support VMware environments by managing ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter, handling VM deployments, migrations, and backups. + Configure and optimize Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, networking, security tools, and disaster recovery solutions. + Implement and enforce security measures, including endpoint protection, patch management, firewall rules, and cybersecurity policies. + Manage networking infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall configurations, and performance optimization. + Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, automate administrative tasks using PowerShell or Python, and maintain detailed documentation. Requirements + At least 5 years of experience in system administration with a focus on Office 365, VMware, Active Directory, and Azure. + Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), PowerShell scripting, and cloud security best practices. + Experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and modern device management (MDM/MAM). + Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam or Azure Backup. + Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, Azure Administrator (AZ-104), VMware VCP, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus. + Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
