The Sr. System Administrator….
• Provides highly technical and specialized recommendations concerning automated solutions to complex information processing problems
• Performs analyses and troubleshooting
• Participates in medium to large, complex information and system security projects, and major phases of very large projects
• Provides highly technical, specialized recommendations, and security solutions to complex IT problems
• Manages the fact-finding, analysis, development of hypothesis/conclusions and production of final reports
• Delivers projects in accordance with the Government’s requirements
• Assists the Government with the development of requirements, from a project's inception to its conclusion for a particular IT subject matter area (i.e., simple-to- complex systems)
• Administer IT Systems and provide input to SSP, patch, maintain and update systems to maintain health and status of Servers and SSP.
• Preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in the following specialties\: Information and Systems Security Architecture; Networking; Telecommunications; Automation; Communications Protocols; Risk Management/Electronic Analysis; Software; Life Cycle Management of SSPs.

Requirements\:
Clearance Level\: TS/SCI w POLY
Bachelor’s Degree required plus twelve (12) years of related work experience OR a Master’s Degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering or related field of study may be substituted for six years of experience
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, major OS versions
Provide support to system POC and answer questions related to security configuration
Proficient level knowledge of Operating Systems, computer security and security scanning tools

The base salary range for this position is $175 to $195. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
