Bond requires a capable, motivated Sr. Systems Administrator to support all aspects of the configuration and maintenance of our Bond corporate systems. Do you love tackling issues head-on? A typical day in this role might include:
Support the Corporate Infrastructure and connectivity requirements
Office 365 administration
Active Directory administration
Manage Intune administration and policy procedures.
Support the implementation and integration of new Technologies
Creating and managing the desktop imaging process
Support new office setup requirements.
Meeting room and boardroom new technology requirement and implementation.
As our Sr. Systems Administrator, you have:
Hands-on knowledge managing the Office 365 interface with technical tasks which includes security groups, users, and licenses.
Hands-on management of 365 Secure Score and Compliance
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune including application deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, client and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Hands-on System and communication planning, design and implementation of Microsoft Teams is nice to have.
5+ years experience working with:
Ivanti ticketing system.
Active Directory, Remote Access, Mac OSX, Printers/Projectors
Office 365 email administration including security setup (SPF, DKIM, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of:
Automation (i.e. PowerShell, VBScript)
Creating and maintaining corporate desktop deployment images.
SharePoint Online, SharePoint workflows, and Microsoft Teams.
“Asset Management” administrative framework and reporting
Creating and updating technical documentation as required
Experience being a part of after-hours call rotation
Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365 Suite
Experience with Windows remote image deployment and MFA considered a strong asset.
