Overview TRC is searching for a Senior Systems Engineer who has extensive hands-on experience in an enterprise environment supporting infrastructure, cloud environments and network administration. Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of information technology experience Oversee IT Infrastructure and support for TRC India. In addition, collaborate with the IT team within US in supporting TRC. Acts as a technical escalation for internal IT Teams. Performs effective communications during outages and implementations. Manages internal projects – providing oversight, documentation and communication. Analyzes business needs and recommends infrastructure solutions. Develops processes, procedures, technical designs, and system documentation. Coordinates and/or works with outside vendors to resolve problems and issues. Assists in planning and deployment of disaster recovery procedures. Works with IT staff to continually expand and improve departmental skillsets. Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge with Windows Servers, PowerShell (Mandatory), Operations, and Applications Demonstrated knowledge of cloud environments including Azure(Primary) and Amazon (AWS) Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco network devices, firewalls and routers, etc. Demonstrated competencies with Storage Area Network (SAN), Networked Attached Storage (NAS) and Distributed File System (DFS) Commitment to continual development of technical skillsets and knowledge sharing Must possess a strong customer service focus Strong communication (verbal and written), problem solving skills and ability to multitask. Ability to lead initiatives and take ownership Experience working and aligning objectives with third party vendors and or business stakeholders.
