Description TEKsystems is looking for an analyst to be hybrid in Rolling Meadows or Naperville, IL. It is a contract to hire opportunity. Must have Duck Creek Experience Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Primary system: Duck Creek • Tasks: o Analyzing incidents received in tier one and triaged o Determining if issues are system bugs or setup changes o Interacting with developers o Assigning work to the offshore team and checking their work • Collaborations: o Delivery team (monthly release team) o Business stakeholders (to understand business needs and ensure the system works as intended) Technical Skills: • SQL knowledge • General familiarity with cloud-based SAS systems • General familiarity with integrations • Screening knowledge / SAS-based questions Ticketing Systems: • Training provided for ServiceNow • JIRA used for lesser tasks Experience: • 6-8 years of experience Compensation: • 3 days a week onsite Skills Duck Creek, P & C Insurance, systems development, application support, SQL Knowledge, General familiarity with cloud-based SAS systems, General familiarity with integrations Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
