This position supports a government contract. This position supports the Special Operations community to provideSIGINTcollection and exploitation capabilities to the customer. As part of this team, the Sr System Engineer's is needed to support sophisticated signals intelligence collection platforms. The Senior Systems Engineer designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems. This includes the coordination of system development to include design, product/solution analysis, and integration to deliver a solution that meets current needs while maintaining flexibility for future changes. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Contributes to completion of specific engineering programs and projects -Develops solutions to a variety of complex engineering problems -Maintains current knowledge of rapidly changing technology -Coaches, provide guidance, and unblocks less-experienced professionals in their tasks -Determine the functionality of an application and performs upgrades over time -Works with the team to plan lab and field testing, integration activities, and pre-deployment operations -May serve as a team or task lead EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
