A week in the life of an Systems Engineer: 

Support complex projects to include design and management over the project life cycle. Applies sound principles and methods to difficult problems in technical areas to arrive at automated solutions. Apply work-processes and tools to manage risks on technical projects in the areas of engineering, organizations studies, and project management. Designs and prepares technical reports and related documentation, and makes charts and graphs to record results. Prepares and delivers presentations and briefings.
