Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a strategic role in the recruitment and hiring efforts of Axos, attracting top-tier talent and helping to shape the future workforce. You will work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and the HR team to understand workforce needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies. This role requires a proactive and data-driven approach to identify, engage, and secure exceptional candidates who align with our organizational goals and values.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition creation through hire, including sourcing, resume review, interviewing, testing, reference checks, etc.Utilize all available networks in the market, to ensure open positions are filled as efficiently as possible Work closely with HR team and managers to ensure all team members are in compliance with policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulationsDevelop a solid understanding of the organizational structure, all functions of the company, and the Axos’ culture and values, to efficiently focus on developing a pipeline of desirable talent in our multiple marketsConsult with hiring managers on the landscape and local market data for specific positions and skill setsHelp craft job descriptions that depict an accurate and attractive portrayal of the positionServe as an advisor/consultant to hiring managers, helping to evaluate candidates both pre and post interview, and help determine how to proceed with prospective candidatesUnderstand the capabilities and characteristics of high performers, and develop interview techniques to differentiate between high and low performing candidatesContinue to develop and implement creative initiatives to attract top talent, as well improve the overall experience for candidates, managers, and the Talent Acquisition teamTrain hiring managers on Axos’ Recruitment and HR policies and proceduresAd-hoc projects related to automating and streamlining our recruitment processes and systems to do more of what we do best

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree5+ years' demonstrated successful, full-cycle corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organizationExceptional project management skills, verbal/written communication with stakeholders, and delivery of projects on time using an ATS and/or CRM systemProcess improvement initiatives with significant, measurable benefitsInnovative ideas that transition to substantial shifts in thinking and behavior
