Responsibilities:
Independently conducts candidate searches from a variety of sources. Assesses applicant skills and accurately represents the Company’s business environment and culture to applicants. Sources, screens and presents qualified candidates to the hiring manager.Establish and maintain strong partnerships with HRBPs, key functional leaders, and Hiring Managers in order to forecast current and future recruitment needs and develop cost effective recruiting strategies that support business objectives. Work together to identify ideal skill set and experience required to attract top talent for current and future positions.Design, build, and implement innovative recruitment strategies to proactively build pipelines of qualified talent while ensuring a positive and consistent branded experienceDevelop strong partnerships with hiring managers and human resources business partners. Proactively inform client throughout the talent acquisition process.Advise, educate and influence hiring managers on candidate skill sets, recruiting process, strategy and market conditions.Ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process; effectively communicating and managing candidate and hiring manager expectations, timely and appropriate responsiveness to candidate and hiring manager expectations, and timely feedback to candidates at all stages of the selection process.Develop strong understanding of the business and functions. Continue to refresh knowledge in order to effectively research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingDrive the entire interview process of each candidate from presentation to hiring manager through offer negotiations; determine fit and qualifications of all candidates presented. Consult with hiring managers on evaluation and selection of final candidates. Updates and maintains the applicant tracking system and other systems of record.Ensures recruiting programs and processes align with strategic plan and business unit goals and objectives. Makes recommendations for process updates and changes to increase effectiveness and/or compliance. Ensure 100% data integrity in Workday and properly document the talent acquisition process for each job openings to ensure compliance and best practices.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:
Advanced recruitment experiencePrior experience working in an agency environment is preferredProgressive responsibilities and scope of assignmentsBroad scope of recruitment experience for technical and non-technical roles; preference for experience supporting engineering functionsFunctional excellence and a spirit of cooperation and collaboration with your Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and HR organization.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
