Make an Impact! As an important member of the Acute Care Nursing Talent Acquisition team, you will drive candidate flow to the top of the hiring funnel. Your ability to uncover nursing talent and share the Main Line Health employer value proposition will position increase experienced nursing hires for your assigned specialty areas. You will utilize your Boolean search techniques and hunting skills to uncover candidates for hard-to-fill acute care nursing roles. Your day will consist of deep web searches, daily cold calls, sending follow up communication, social media recruiting, and other creative strategies to achieve our hiring goals. You will engage talent to build a diverse pipeline of candidates who are excited about Main Line Health! You will collaborate with your assigned Talent Acquisition Partner to review and screen candidates before handing them off. As a subject matter expert on sourcing, you will use your creativity to develop and implement solutions that enable our Recruiting/HR colleagues to hire the right talent more effectively and efficiently.

Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Shift: Day Shift, Monday - Friday, Hybrid

Experience:
1. 3 years of direct candidate sourcing experience required. (5 years nursing/healthcare sourcing experience preferred)
2. Ability to build Boolean search strings for all major search engines.
3. Accountable for meeting established call and outreach metrics.
4. Experience with Social Media Sourcing.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent amount of relevant work experience

Licensures/Certifications: 
AIRS (CIR, ACIR, CDR, CSSR, CSMR, PRC, ECRE) ; LinkedIn Recruiter, Highly preferred
