Description We are seeking a Sr. Tax Accountant for our team located in Kearny, New Jersey, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Sr. Tax Accountant, you will be utilizing your skills in Corporate Income Tax, and Corporate Tax Compliance to ensure the smooth running of our financial operations. Bilingual Spanish preferred for this role. Responsibilities: • Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system to manage and oversee financial data • Perform regular auditing tasks to ensure financial compliance • Use financial software to monitor and manage cash activity • Handle corporate income tax duties and ensure corporate tax compliance • Leverage your knowledge of business systems to optimize accounting functions • Implement capital management strategies to efficiently handle financial resources • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records • Respond promptly and professionally to any financial inquiries • Process and resolve any financial issues that may arise • Collaborate with the team to improve financial strategies and ensure the company's financial health. Requirements • Proficiency in business systems is required. • Must have extensive knowledge and experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). • Familiarity with Financial software is essential. • Ability to handle a wide range of accounting functions. • Previous experience in auditing is necessary. • Demonstrated skills in capital management. • Capability to efficiently handle cash activity. • Must be able to ensure compliance with financial regulations. • Expertise in corporate income tax is necessary. • Should have experience in corporate tax compliance.
