Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Manager focused on U.S. Tax Planning / International Tax / Mergers and Acquisitions to join its Tax team. This position will be based in our headquarters in San Jose, California, and reports to Senior Director, U.S. Tax Planning and U.S. Controversy. The senior manager will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of U.S. international tax and mergers and acquisitions. The senior manager will also work with multi-functional teams across the organization in the US and overseas.
 

Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesLead mergers and acquisitions; including diligence, signing, closing and integration activities;Identify and resolve U.S. international tax issues related to Subpart F inclusions, GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits, etc.;Support tax planning strategies working with multi-functional teams across the organization and with tax advisors in the US and overseas;Support the US tax audit team to resolve U.S. international tax and financial products matters;Monitor and analyze tax statutory, regulatory and case law developments and document impact on the Company; andWork closely with Treasury, Corp Dev., Finance and Legal teams

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

$144,000 - $216,150

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
