We're looking for a Sr. Tax Manager to oversee all areas of income, property, and sales tax, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax savings. As a key advisor to our Corporate departments, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, tax, or any other related field of study

5+ years of tax experience in public accounting with supervisory/ management experience

CPA certified

Multi-state tax preparation experience nice to have!

Job Description:

Lead a team of 4, including 2 direct reports, setting performance metrics and providing feedback.Manage the preparation, review, and filing of US federal, international, state, and local tax returns.Coordinate with external consultants for tax return preparation.Supervise tax audits, focusing on minimizing liabilities and ensuring compliance.Guide analysts in responding to auditor requests.Monitor tax laws to assist in planning and optimizing cash flow.Develop tax strategies with internal teams.Stay updated on tax laws and ensure proactive compliance.Prepare quarterly tax reserve schedules and year-end tax accounting reports.Collaborate with the accounting team for compliance with reporting requirements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
