Sr. Team Lead

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Team Lead Position in Toledo, OH and surrounding areas.

Overall Purpose of a Sr. Team Lead\n

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality services\/support and by training, developing and motivating team members \n

Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel \n

Support and maintain a positive and productive atmosphere at sites \n

Ensure all company and customer guidelines are upheld\n

May Report to\n

Site Manager \/ Site Supervisor \/ Sr. Site Leader \/ Site Leader\n

Responsibilities\nClient relationship & Business development\n\nEstablish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel\nDaily communication with various stakeholders at the site level\n\nOperations\n\nAssist Site Leaders or Sr. Site Leaders as needed\nTrain to the Site Leader position and flex up to support in this role as needed\nTrain inspectors and validate adherence to process (ie: audits)\nCommunicate changes in projects and work instructions to inspectors \nDocument and report non-conformances to Site Leader\/Supervisor\nMake independent judgments for subjective scenarios according to project needs\nTroubleshoot and problem solve with the Site Lead\/ Supervisor, for issues pertaining to process flow, new criteria, spikes\/spills\nManage material movements using inventory management tools (ie: scanners) as needed\nWork as an inspector when required\nComply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies\nComply with all TRIGO and site specific customer policies\n\n

Organization & management\n\nFacilitate communication of information within and between workgroups \nAssist in maintaining a 5S\/6S working environment\n\n

Technical \n\nCollect and maintain company reports and data\nUtilize company web portals to record required audits and documentation\n\n

Other \n\nAny other duties as assigned\n\n

Hard Skills\n\nProficiency in English\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nComputer skills Microsoft Office (basic Microsoft Excel proficiency) and Outlook\nProficient in the use of various gauges and measuring devices\nDemonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced challenging environment\nAbility to take initiative and handle highly sensitive and confidential material\nMay require the ability to travel on a flexible schedule as needed for variable lengths of time and distances\nWalk and\/or stand for long periods of time\nLift \/ move 50 pounds\nWork in a repetitive environment to include one or more of the following: lift, twist, grasp, grip, reach, pull, push, bend, squat, kneel\nWork in an environment that may include exposure to extreme heat or cold, loud noises, moving mechanical parts or machinery, fumes and odors\n\n
