The Buy with Prime (BwP) & Multi-channel Fulfilment (MCF) team is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM). The TAM role is a high-impact, high-visibility role managing the post-launch technical account management of marquee customers using Buy with Prime (BwP) & Multi-channel Fulfilment (MCF) products. TAMs work as technical advisors for customers, educating them on incremental solution offerings and owning proactive and reactive post-launch support activities. They serve as the emissaries between customers and internal teams to ensure efficiencies. TAMs will be responsible for technical instrumentation, operational health, and technical account management to ensure merchants can fully utilize Santos products and services. The TAM has a solution mindset and owns the technical aspects of the customer's post-launch journey for marquee customers using BwP and MCF products and services. They are also expected to build relationships by partnering across multiple teams such as sales, account management, product, engineering, and solution architects to perform post-launch technical account management services.

The successful candidate will have a track record of: 1) Experience managing technical and non-technical projects with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams, 2) Owning internal as well as customer-facing operating procedures, with a continuous focus on process improvement, and 3) Demonstrating strong customer obsession by driving process improvement and advocating for the customer during internal reviews.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage post-launch technical integration and operational health of Buy with Prime (BwP) and Multi-Channel Fulfilment Solutions Org (MCF) solutions customer deployment in the enterprise and SMB customer segments.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve technical issues for customers launched on Buy with Prime and Multi-channel Fulfilment product (e.g., Sales, Product, Tech).
- Utilize subject matter expertise to communicate the incremental value of Buy with Prime and Multi-channel Fulfilment product to key customer stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on the learnings during the customer's post-launch journey.
