Sr. Technical Administrative Assistant (Client Facing)
Job Title: Technical Administrative Assistant (Client Facing)Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Administrative Assistant with a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of demonstrated work experience with GIS or CAD software products, spatial databases, preferably Oracle, and pattern recognition. You will use Microsoft Office products and other software tools to organize, analyze data, and communicate information. You must understand and follow instructions in English, and communicate effectively in written and oral English. You will perform work within established procedures with minimal supervision, produce high-quality outputs in a timely fashion, and maintain focus when working under time constraints. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, time management, and organizational skills. You will work effectively in a team setting and demonstrate good customer service skills. Hard Skills + 5 years of experience with GIS or CAD software + Experience with spatial databases, preferably Oracle + Pattern recognition + Advanced level Excel for reporting + Using Microsoft Office products Soft Skills + Effective written and oral communication in English + Attention to detail + Analytical and problem-solving skills + Time management + Team collaboration + Customer service skills Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in VIENNA, Virginia and some days remote. Work Environment Small modern office; Work is conducted in an office setting sitting at a computer. Depending on the workload, a customized work schedule may be required. The team is currently working remotely but will be reopening the office in the near future.
