Requirements

Has worked with Men’s performance outerwear and sportswear or related categories Excellent time management skills, possessing a sense of urgency with completing tasks in a timely manner Exceptional follow-up abilities and follow-through results with all correspondents Analytical and strong organizational skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to details Expertise in fit and function, garment construction, and is able to create grade rules Patternmaking knowledge with the capability to make pattern corrections Understands fabrics and their characteristic contribution to fit and function Proficiency in Excel Illustrator know-how a plus Works well with cross-functional teams Costco experience preferred

Responsibilities

Schedule and conduct fittings Daily communication with overseas factories to reach satisfying fits and maintain the T&A of the production process Become well acquainted with each account and their compliance requirements Follow-up on sample requirements as needed for each individual account Meticulously review and prep samples for Customer approval Analyze and compare competitive brands to create specific fits
