Sr. Technical Program Manager, Logistics

The Sr. Technical Program Manager, Logistics Operations will report to the Sr. Manager of Logistics Operations, LOC Site Leader.  The role will be responsible for the development of the business operations activities required to support: 

System Solutions to support the achievement of the Logistics Operations OKRs and KPI.  Coordinate the business activities to achieve Logistics Operations major projects and programs. 

You Will:

Logistics System Implementation: Oversee the deployment of SAP logistics solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Logistics, SAP TM, SAP EWM) to streamline supply chain operations.  Process Optimization: Work with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in logistics processes and recommend improvements through SAP functionalities.  Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between SAP logistics modules and other systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) to enhance end-to-end visibility.  Data Management: Manage data migration and ensure data accuracy for logistics processes, including inventory management and order fulfillment.  Business Project Management: Facilitate development and management of project plans for business/operations implementation activities.  These activities are requirements to the success of the logistics business process, outside the scope of MFE Material Flow and Storage Design and IT solution development.  They are key to a successful completion of a project or implementation of system solutions.  User Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption of SAP logistics solutions. 

You Bring:

SAP Logistics Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP logistics modules, including SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP LE (Logistics Execution).  Logistics Operations Understanding: Strong working knowledge of the processes performed by the Logistics Operations teams.  Developing deep understanding of the pain points in the processes to support operational improvements.  Supply Chain Understanding: Deep understanding of supply chain principles, logistics processes, and inventory management.  Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze logistics data to drive decision-making and process improvements.  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with various departments, including procurement, production, and distribution, to align logistics strategies.  Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address logistical challenges and implement effective solutions.  A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.  Significant experience in project management with a focus on logistics in an SAP environment.  Relevant certifications, such as APICS CPIM or CSCP, can enhance credibility.    At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
