Sr. Technical Program Manager
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to join one of our largest retail and wellness companies. The Technical Program Manager oversees the overall program and engineers responsible for tactical delivery of key outcomes for the program delivered via agile and/or waterfall methodologies. They will work closely with the business/product partners, technology/business stakeholders, architecture, portfolio & core delivery teams. Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our Observability and Monitoring & Network Software Automation Team Collaborate with technology managers, engineers, and program managers to optimize designs and ensure healthy operation Drive process improvements and automation opportunities. Develop and provide observability requirements system owners Define and maintain KPIs to track effectiveness and compliance with policies and standards Serve as the single point of contact for all observability program initiatives and outcomes. Support and align with external teams on related initiatives. Effectively manage and communicate program processes and interdependencies as they relate to broader technology activities. Partner with leaders across the organization to ensure clarity on prioritization of program requirements. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of project and/or program management experience. 2+ years of operational observability experience Experience evaluating or designing observability tools Comprehensive understanding of network systems, engineering background preferred Proactive, strong leadership, sound judgement, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Ability to successfully navigate limited resources with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization. Demonstrated experience of technology tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
