If so, join the Microsoft Security Response Center as a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) for the Microsoft Active Protections Program (MAPP), where your expertise will shape the future of global security partnerships. In this Sr. Technical Program Manager role, you'll lead the charge in providing operational support for the Microsoft Active Protections Program (MAPP) and other critical partner sharing initiatives. MAPP is a key partner of Microsoft's incident response team. As part of this team, you'll drive meaningful changes in how we share information with partners and protect customers. In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day. **Responsibilities** • Manage the monthly MAPP security release process. • Oversee MAPP releases in support of security incident operations. • Drive projects from concept to implementation. • Oversee and coordinate MAPP IT resources and assets. • Create and manage partner reporting and metrics. • Evaluate partner performance and drive program improvements. • Collect and analyze metrics to demonstrate business operations ROI. • Manage MAPP operations tools. • Assist in external partner development and relationship activities. • Develop and evolve detailed processes for all aspects of the MAPP business. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. + This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under export control regulations, potentially under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations or Export Administration Regulations, the EU Dual Use Regulation, and/or other export control regulations. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide proof of citizenship, U.S. permanent residency, or other protected status (e.g., under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)) for assessment of eligibility to access the export-controlled information. To meet this legal requirement, and as a condition of employment, the successful candidate’s citizenship will be verified with a valid passport. **Preferred Qualifications** · Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development o OR equivalent experience. · 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. · 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
