岗位职责：
1. 项目前期，分析客户需求，负责对接客户项目技术评审（TR），并主动对接客户和销售一起赢取客户新项目；
2. 承担项目开发的技术范畴管理职责，掌控产品技术方案；
3. 对项目中的重大技术问题和方案进行决策；
4. 对项目中的跨部门相关的技术问题进行协调，分析和解决；
5. 负责审核面向客户的技术交付物及相关文档，确保其完整度和质量；

任职资格：
1. 硕士及以上学历，8年及以上Tier1自动驾驶或驾驶辅助系统的开发、测试、管理等相关经验；
2. 有ADAS、智能驾驶域控制器硬件和底软设计经验；
2.    熟悉汽车质量、功能安全、网络安全、ASPICE等体系；
3.    熟悉GB/ISO/IEEE/UNECE等各标准体系下的自动驾驶功能、汽车电子、车载软件、测试验证等法规标准；
4.    具备熟练的英语口语、书面表达能力，能无障碍对接国际客户、合作伙伴；
5.    具备基本的项目管理知识、良好的沟通能力以及团队领导力；
